Dear Kate:
On behalf of all the people we reach at Support Connection, Inc., offering support services to women with breast and ovarian cancer, thank you for providing the highest quality of services. Your excellent work, interest and dedication enabled us to accomplish our goals of establishing a mailing list and public relations.
When I met you, I was struggling to produce a comprehensive mailing list. After our meeting, your analysis of our needs, along with your clear explanation of the process, enabled us to design a mailing list in six weeks. This had been something we were working on for months, without positive results. Having your manual as future reference is most helpful in training volunteers in updating the list. Your assistance with bulk mailing enabled us to send 3,500 newsletters in a few hours versus the two weeks the last mailing took for 1,800 pieces. In addition, your press release service helped us advertise our Support-A-Walk Kick Off Concert. This concert was so important in promoting our Walk on October 4, 1998, designed to increase awareness about breast and ovarian cancer. I would have expected 200 people through our advertising. Instead, we had over 500 people. Our press releases were seen all over Westchester and Putnam, thanks to you.
As a very busy not-for-profit organization on a lean budget, relying primarily on volunteers, my priority is to offer quality support services to people affected by breast and ovarian cancer. These services cannot be delivered without all the pieces in place including a mailing list and excellent public relations. Kate, Cunningham Consulting was the answer to my prayers!! Working with you saved me time, money and, very importantly, helped me reach the community. In a day and age where customer service is not always satisfactory, you "jumped through hoops" to serve Support Connection.
Thank you again and please use my name as a reference anytime. I look forward to working with you again and to utilizing your other services as well.
Sincerely,
Katherine Quinn
Thank you so much for your kind words, and for including me in your Irish Heritage Moments. I did indeed look in upon the site and was quite impressed. The number of contributors you have speaks well for the enthusiasm the undertaking has generated. It's not just on St. Patrick's Day that everyone wants to be Irish.
Keep up the good work.

Clow #4 is here! Maeve Eileen Clow has arrived. She was born on February 24, 2000 at 9:52 PM, 8 lbs., 8 oz., 20 inches long. I came across a very authoritative website, www.cnghm.com, that has a history of Queen Maeve on the 3/4/99 date. An excerpt - "Maeve, the legendary Queen of Connaught, is an anarchic goddess of war and fertility." Do I need any help in the areas of fertility and war - what was I thinking! Anyway thanks for all the well wishes. We are all doing fine. The older kids are psyched about her and she is awfully cute!
